My Process & How I Approach Learning Design

Understand What Matters (Analyze)

Every effective project starts with the right questions. I begin by identifying learner needs, business goals, and contextual constraints. Whether through stakeholder interviews, content audits, or data review, I focus on uncovering what success looks like—so we’re designing for outcomes, not just output.

Map the Experience (Design)

With goals aligned, I translate insights into strategy. I draft learning objectives, outline user journeys, and storyboard content that’s not only instructionally sound but also engaging and inclusive. I design with accessibility in mind, and I ensure that every element—visual or verbal—has a clear purpose.

Build It Thoughtfully (Develop)

Here’s where design turns into delivery. I build interactive, visually appealing, and learner-friendly experiences using tools like Articulate Rise, or Storyline. I also write clean, conversational content—grounded in adult learning principles and informed by research—to meet learners where they are.

Launch with Intention (Implement)

I collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, iterate, and deploy. Whether launching through an LMS, handing off assets to developers, or partnering with SMEs for live facilitation, I help ensure a seamless rollout—on time and aligned with project goals.

Reflect, Refine, Repeat (Evaluate)

Once a learning solution is live, I support evaluation and continuous improvement. I help gather feedback, assess performance, and adjust accordingly—because impactful learning is iterative, and the best solutions evolve with their learners.
